A couple of months ago, we decided to change the brand to better reflect who we are (we used to be GETTY / IO Chile for several years, with the hooded Ninja logo).

Our first team task was to define the name. Yes, we chose it in a group survey, among three alternatives, all suggested by the team.

After everyone voted, the results were:

That’s why now we are kranio.

Now that we have a new identity, the team’s next mission was to define our Vision, Mission, and values.

The values of Kranio

After preparation followed by a 2-hour hangout session (we are geographically well distributed, many remote) we defined the core values and guiding principles that we all live by daily. These are:
